All content on this Site, including text, graphics, logos, images, audio clips, and the “Glitz N Glam” name and branding, is the exclusive property of Glitz N Glam Events Center and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.
As part of our Services, we may capture photos and videos of your event. We reserve the right to use such media for our promotional and marketing purposes (e.g., on our Site, social media) unless you explicitly opt out in writing in your Event Agreement. We will always be respectful of you and your guests.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Glitz N Glam Events Center, its owners, and its employees shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from (a) your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Services; (b) any conduct or content of any third party on the Services; or (c) unauthorized access, use, or alteration of your transmissions or content.
Our total liability for any claim arising out of or relating to these Terms or our Services is limited to the amount you have paid us for the Services in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Glitz N Glam Events Center and its affiliates, officers, directors, and employees from and against any and all claims, damages, obligations, losses, liabilities, costs, or debt, and expenses (including but not limited to attorney’s fees) arising from: (i) your use of and access to the Service; (ii) your violation of any term of these Terms; (iii) your violation of any third-party right, including without limitation any copyright, property, or privacy right; or (iv) any claim that your event caused damage to a third party.
These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any legal suit, action, or proceeding arising out of or related to these Terms or the Services shall be instituted exclusively in the federal or state courts located in Houston, Harris County, Texas.
We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. If a revision is material, we will provide at least 30 days’ notice prior to any new terms taking effect. What constitutes a material change will be determined at our sole discretion.
